Community Work
As a locally owned business, our team members are not just employees; they are neighbors who live and work alongside you. We take great pride in our long-standing support of organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Susan G. Komen. Beyond these partnerships, we are active sponsors of youth sports leagues, parent-teacher organizations, local festivals, 5k races, and various community events.

Teacher Appreciation Event
Community Work
Havertown Carpet Co. is proud to support local classroom teachers of all grade levels through our annual Teacher Appreciation Event. Since its inception in 2021, we have provided 2,420 FREE area rugs to teachers, helping them transform their classrooms. We understand that quality rugs can be a significant expense for teachers (often out of their own pockets), so we are proud to support the dedication and hard work that teachers show for their students.
Follow our social media pages for our 2026 Teacher Rug date announcement later this summer.
The team at Havertown Carpet Co. is honored by our repeated recognition as the top provider for carpet and flooring. Our accolades include being named "One of the Best" by Best of Delco in 2021, receiving the Main Line Parent LOVE Award as "Winner" from 2021 through 2024, and earning the PHL17 Top Spots "Winner" title in 2022. Additionally, we were recognized as the "Winner" for Best of the Main Line and Western Suburbs by Main Line Today in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2026, and received the Summit Community Engagement Award.
In 2025, our dedication to the community was further acknowledged when we received the Pink Partner Ribbon Award from Susan G. Komen for our support of the foundation through SmartStrand carpet padding sales. That same year, our staff proudly accepted the Firstrust Bank and Philadelphia Eagles Brotherly Shove Award, an honor given to small businesses making a significant positive impact locally.
Continuing our commitment to giving back, we began a partnership with the Tunnels to Tower Foundation through Carpet One in 2026. This collaboration supports the families of 9/11 first responders and veterans.
